NO REFUNDS are available on items, and all pieces are FINAL SALE!

However, if there is a problem with your order and it has been within 24 hours of you placing it, message me and I can help you either edit it or cancel it. I will not accept cancellations/refund requests/order changes after this point. 

Refunds will also be available if you receive the WRONG/INCOMPLETE ORDER (ie. not what you ordered, I made a mistake, item is incorrect etc) otherwise it is final sale, no exceptions. Read description carefully before ordering, I include all information on there. I am a small business and since each item is custom made just for you, if it was returned or refunded it likely would not ever get sold again since the amount of sizes and color and design combinations are endless and rarely repeat! I enforce this strictly as I do not want to get taken advantage of, but if you have questions feel free to shoot me an email.

PAYMENT is through the website only!

I only take payment through the services my website offers, please do not message or email me asking for an alternative method. That is to protect both you and me. If you pay on here, please know that I will not see or save your credit card information and it is securely protected by Shopify's policies.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL USA ORDERS !

International shipping is priced at $15 USD due to the high international rates and custom prices. The $15 is a flat rate meaning regardless of how big your order is I will not increase it. Use code "FREESHIPPING" on international orders over $150 USD. 

ALL shipping guarantees/deadlines etc are USA only. International mail is highly unpredictable for time frames, so order at your own risk and utilize Route in case you need a refund.

HOESFORCLOTHES is not responsible for the item after shipment, but tracking will be provided! I can not control USPS and what they do with an item once it leaves my hands and due to consumer privacy laws, it becomes your property once I ship it out. If your package gets lost in transit, it is your responsibility, same as with any other major e-commerce retailer, to communicate with USPS to set up delivery or a missing mail claim.

If your item needs to be re-shipped due to a mistake on YOUR PART (i.e., incorrect address, incomplete address, return to sender, package being denied by a roommate, sender unknown, anything like that) then you will be issued a re-shipment fee for me to send it back out, just at the cost of shipping, nothing extra, via invoice to your email.

Your information is secure, we do not share your information with any third party sources, it is solely for contacting you about your order and being able to ship it out to the correct location.
